Payment Options
We ask that all treatment be paid for at the time of service.
We do not accept personal checks, but for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, and Cash. Payment options are also available.
Appointments
We will gladly reserve a time specifically for you. We ask that you kindly notify us at least 2 working days in advance, if you are unable to attend, to avoid a cancellation charge.
We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, so that other patients are not kept waiting.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Patients may cancel or change their appointment no less than TWO working days in advance.
- We cannot accept last minute cancellations or a one-day notice, unless there is an emergency.
- The first time that a no-show (or a less than 2-day cancellation) occurs, a reminder will be given.
- The second time, a $40.00 charge will be applied to your account.
- The third time, we will be unable to book further appointments for you.

Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Emergency Treatment
Dental Emergency is one of our highest priorities. Our goal is to ensure that our patients are not in any pain. If there is an emergency, we will see you on the same day.
